Vintage French Metal Boulangerie Dough Proofing Basket

This is a listing for one vintage French boulangerie proofing basket.
We made a French linen liner for the basket. They are fun to store linens in and other various items.  The liner is tied onto the basket and can be removed for cleaning.  We have a small collection of these baskets. Not all of the baskets have wire on the bottom.  The wire isn't needed since made liners. We found them in Provence. Please let us choose one for you. The paint is slightly worn in different areas on each basket.  They are metal and do contain rust.
